Tankless Water Heater & Copper Manifold Installation
Project overview
Installed a high-efficiency Rinnai tankless water heater with a full copper supply header, PEX distribution manifold, expansion tank, and integrated water treatment — a clean, professional mechanical room build.
The Problem
The home needed a modern, on-demand hot water system with reliable distribution to multiple fixtures and zones, plus treatment for hard well water.
The Solution
We mounted a Rinnai tankless unit with a copper primary supply/return header, a blue/orange PEX manifold for zoned distribution, an expansion tank, accumulator, and a sediment filter — all neatly arranged and pressure-tested.
