700-Foot Water Line Installed for Horse Pasture
Project overview
Ran a 700-foot underground water line from the main house to a remote horse pasture, including three frost-free hydrants positioned for easy livestock access year-round.
The Problem
The property owner had no water access in a distant horse pasture, hauling water daily through winter. Existing lines were too shallow and froze every year.
The Solution
We trenched a 700-foot line at proper WV frost-line depth, installed three frost-free yard hydrants, and tied into the existing well system with pressure-balanced sizing.
